Why it works
Together, but not on top of each other.
The hardest part of a big family trip is finding somewhere that fits everyone without putting cousins on air mattresses. One enormous house solves the space problem and creates a new one: nobody gets any peace.
Three houses in a row solves both. Every family gets a front door, a kitchen and a place to put the kids down. Walk thirty seconds and you are all together again on the same deck.
Family reunions
Each household gets its own kitchen, its own bedtime and its own bathroom queue — while everyone still eats dinner together.
Milestone birthdays
One house becomes the party house. The other two stay quiet for anyone who wants to go to bed at ten.
Small weddings
Host the rehearsal dinner on the largest deck, put the wedding party in one home, and keep the couple somewhere calm.
Corporate retreats
Fast Wi-Fi in all three, a projector den for sessions, and enough separate space that nobody is working from a bunk bed.

Peak season runs Memorial Day to Labor Day and is seven nights, Saturday to Saturday. Outside those dates we are flexible. Booking all three together in peak season means three Saturday-to-Saturday weeks running side by side.
